The Engineer replaced the fuel pump, fuel jet, fuel line, relay and sensor before he could get the heater to ignite. Total cost £506 (Ouch!). He originally quoted £85 labour plus parts but charged £140 labour plus parts. I think I got well ripped off.

This is the new optical sensor.
